Open the game and go to Settings. Include your Player ID whenever you write to us so we can find your account.

Use Restore Purchases in the game while signed in to the Apple ID or Google account you bought with. If the item still doesn’t appear, email us your Player ID, your platform and the order number from your purchase receipt.

Progress from anonymous play is stored on your device, so it can be lost if you delete the game or change devices without signing in. Sign in with Game Center or Google in the game to keep your progress with your account, then sign in with the same account on a new device. If progress is still missing, email us your Player ID and what happened.

Purchases are processed by Apple and Google, and refunds follow their policies. On iPhone and iPad, request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, follow Google Play’s refund steps.

• iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
• Android: your device settings under Google > Ads (or Privacy > Ads), where you can delete or reset your advertising ID.
• EEA, UK and Switzerland: change the choice you made on the consent screen from the game’s settings.

You will still see ads, but they will be less relevant to you. More in our Privacy Policy.

Follow the steps on Delete your account and data. You don’t need to reinstall the game.
